qa333 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and during periodic compliance reviews. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and mobile banking statements that confirm identity and account ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.
qa333 makes use of third-party age and identity verification tools as part of its KYC process. By registering an account, you consent to your submitted information being processed by these tools for the purpose of verifying your eligibility to use the Platform.
Account Registration & Security

Withdrawals

Payment Method Restrictions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account.
- Cash deposits and cash withdrawals are not supported.

- Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute raised against a qa333 deposit will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously self-excluded, are under investigation, or whose accounts are restricted are not eligible for bonus offers.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your qa333 wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the promotion states otherwise.

Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus balances and any wagering progress will be removed automatically. qa333 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the qa333 sportsbook and all wagers placed on qa333 casino games are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform at the point of wagering. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.
Sportsbook
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds at the moment your bet slip is submitted and accepted are the binding odds for that wager.
- qa333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, market suspension, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's real-money balance.
- In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to live market availability. qa333 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sportsbook markets. These are displayed within the bet slip interface. qa333 may apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the applicable sport rules state otherwise.
Casino & Slots
- All casino games available on qa333 — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are governed by those studios and are detailed within each game's information panel.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a live casino session or slots round, the round outcome may be voided and the stake returned. qa333 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
- Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full to the winner in BDT, subject to KYC verification. Jackpot wins do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qa333 platform:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over the standard player experience.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer format for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing to place bets that qa333 would not otherwise accept. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are considered void.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits promotional offers in a way that carries no genuine risk and results in guaranteed profits regardless of outcome.
- Laundering money or using the qa333 platform for any activity connected to the proceeds of crime, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access or interfere with the qa333 platform's underlying technology, databases, servers, or security systems.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing qa333 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
Account Suspension & Closure
qa333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, account inactivity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their qa333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at . Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion

Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. qa333 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after giving 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address. If an inactive account reaches a zero balance as a result of inactivity fees, it will be closed. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support.
Changes to These Terms
qa333 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
